A former police officer, Sean Herman, has recently changed his plea in a case where he is accused of inappropriately touching an OnlyFans model’s breast during a staged traffic stop.
Herman was arrested and subsequently terminated from the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department (MNPD) following his alleged participation in an OnlyFans skit the previous year.
According to the Metro Nashville Police Department, Herman purportedly ‘groped the exposed breast of the female driver’ in the video.
The video is believed to have been captured in a parking lot located in the Madison area of Nashville. Police have confirmed that the woman featured in the video and the individual recording did not have any employment ties to the department.
Before this incident surfaced, Herman had served with the Metro Nashville Police Department for three years.
The skit, shared on the NSFW platform on April 26, 2024, did not reveal the officer’s face, but observant officers identified the MNPD ID on his shirt as he allegedly reached over to grope the model.
The model also reportedly touched the officer’s crotch in the video.
During a court appearance in Nashville on Thursday (August 14), the 35-year-old entered a plea of no contest to the charge of felony official misconduct.
As a result of the new plea, the former Tennessee officer was sentenced to a year of supervised probation. Additionally, the judge granted him judicial diversion, meaning his record could be cleared upon successful completion of his probation.
It’s important to understand that a no contest plea does not imply an admission of guilt; rather, it means he forgoes a trial and allows the court to sentence him as if he were guilty.
A police statement at the time of his arrest stated, “Specialized Investigations Division detectives today arrested former Nashville police officer Sean Herman at his Sumner County home on two counts of felony official misconduct for taking part in the production of an adult video while on duty.”
It further added, “Chief John Drake fired Herman, 33, on May 9, one day after Specialized Investigations Division detectives discovered the video and identified him as the person in an MNPD uniform.”
Officials noted that Herman was visible from the chest down in the video, which depicted a mock traffic stop on OnlyFans.
Following his arrest, a criminal court judge set Herman’s bond at $3,000.
