Four Unusual Reasons People Believed Trump Had Died as He’s Seen After Rumors Flooded the Internet

Recently, the internet was buzzing with strange theories claiming Donald Trump had passed away. These rumors quickly spread online, causing quite a stir.

On Saturday, President Trump was seen at the White House’s South Lawn with his granddaughter, Kai Trump, as they prepared for a trip to the Trump National golf course in Sterling, Virginia. It’s not unusual for Trump to enjoy a round of golf on the weekends, but these particular images provided some reassurance to those concerned about his well-being.

CNN journalist Barak Ravid was quick to quash the rumors about Trump’s death, tweeting: “A U.S. official tells me: Trump is OK. Will play Golf this morning.”

So, what fueled these wild speculations?

Remarks from Vice President JD Vance might have played a role, as he hinted at the possibility of stepping into the presidency in the event of a “terrible tragedy.”

“I’ve had a lot of on-the-job training in the last 200 days, but the president is in incredibly good health. He’s got incredible energy,” Vance told USA Today.

“While most of the people who work around the president of the United States are younger than he is, I think that we find that he’s actually the last person to go to sleep, he’s the last person making phone calls at night, and he’s the first person who wakes up and is the first person making phone calls in the morning.”

The vice president acknowledged that “terrible tragedies happen” but expressed confidence in Trump’s health and ability to complete his second term in office.

There were also reports of Trump having a “large bruise” on his hand, which his team seemed to conceal with makeup.

Additionally, Trump has been diagnosed with chronic venous insufficiency (CVI), a condition where the leg veins don’t operate correctly due to damage.

Given Trump’s high profile, any absence from the public eye tends to raise eyebrows. In this instance, the president had been out of sight for two days without any scheduled public events.

Instead of assuming he was simply taking a break, many jumped to the conclusion that he was deceased.

The speculation even extended to the activity levels of pizza takeaways, with some linking their busyness to a significant national security event.

One person on Reddit noted, “The pizza places near the Pentagon were busy, which happens when something important to national security is going on.”

However, an X account monitoring the situation clarified: “I feel like I need to elaborate more on what conditions/traffic levels of pizzerias I consider to be meaningful vs. just noise. There seems to be a lot of misconceptions floating around out there.”
