Kat Timpf, 37, revealed she is pregnant with her second child during a live comedy show over the weekend, sharing footage Wednesday night on Instagram that captured the moment she lifted her shirt to expose her baby bump to the crowd.
The “Gutfeld!” regular spun around onstage as the audience reacted, later posting the clip with a caption thanking the roughly 1,500 attendees for “keeping my secret,” She added: “So awesome to be the portal for a new little soul.”
The announcement arrives after an extraordinarily difficult stretch for the Fox News commentator. In February 2025, Timpf was diagnosed with ductal carcinoma in situ, a stage zero breast cancer in which abnormal cells form inside a milk duct but have not invaded surrounding tissue. She went into labor just 15 hours later and delivered her first child, a son whose name she has not made public.
Timpf underwent a double mastectomy that March and received a cancer-free declaration in April 2025. She had breast reconstruction surgery that July, followed by a trip to Maryland for specialized 3D nipple tattooing with an artist there.
Her father, Daniel Timpf, died unexpectedly on May 7 at age 69, a loss she disclosed publicly earlier this year. In a June Instagram post, she described him as “seemingly healthy, strong” and explained the crushing sequence of events.
“So, everyone knows I’ve had a really rough year last year – diagnosed with breast cancer, 15 hours later went into labor, gave birth to my son, had a double mastectomy,” she wrote. “My dad helped me through the whole thing. Then, two months after my son’s first birthday, my dad just dropped dead, so it’s been really hard.”
She also noted simply: “been going through a lot.”
The pregnancy marks her second with husband Cameron Friscia, a former Army Ranger who served in Afghanistan. The couple, who met on the celebrity dating app Raya, announced their engagement in August 2020 and married in a small ceremony in May 2021. They live in Manhattan with their son and at least three pets: a cat named Cheens, a dog named Carl, and a one-eyed rescue cat called Juan, or “The Juan-eyed cat.”
During her onstage reveal, Timpf cracked a joke about her husband’s military background. “I shouldn’t have been though, ’cause I’m married to a veteran and the army always does seem to take a while to pull out of something,” she said. She also told the crowd: “Are you guys surprised? So was I.”
Beyond “Gutfeld!,” Timpf makes frequent appearances on “Fox & Friends” and “The Five.” She previously co-hosted the podcast “Tyrus and Timpf” with professional wrestler Tyrus, and earlier in her career worked for The Washington Times. A Detroit native, she holds a bachelor’s degree from Hillsdale College.
Timpf has not specified a due date for the baby.
