A 23-year-old DoorDash driver has been indicted after allegedly recording a customer naked and sharing the footage online, where it quickly spread across social media.
Olivia Henderson, a delivery driver in New York, is accused of filming a customer inside their home and posting the video to TikTok. The clip allegedly showed the customer unconscious and nude, and is reported to have reached nearly 30 million views before being taken down.
Henderson entered a not guilty plea in Oswego County Court on Friday (May 1) after a grand jury approved moving ahead with felony charges.
In court filings, prosecutors allege Henderson “degrad[ed]” the customer by recording “intimate parts of such person at a place and time when such person has a reasonable expectation of privacy, without such person’s knowledge or consent”.

At the same time, the 23-year-old has claimed she was the one placed in an inappropriate situation and says she filed a separate police report, alleging sexual harassment connected to the encounter.
Discussing what she says happened during the delivery — which has been linked to October 2025 — Henderson addressed the incident on TikTok.
“My customer requested that my order be left at their front door, and when I arrived at their house, their front door was wide open, and they were within eyesight of the front door, laying on the couch, indecently exposed to me.”
She also claimed the customer tried to entice her to come inside the residence.
Investigators, however, reportedly determined the man was “incapacitated and unconscious” when the order was dropped off and did not communicate with Henderson.
Henderson was later arrested and charged with one count of unlawful surveillance in the second degree and one count of dissemination of an unlawful surveillance image in the first degree.

After the allegations surfaced, DoorDash confirmed that Henderson’s account was deactivated.
“Posting a video of a customer in their home, and disclosing their personal details publicly, is a clear violation of our policies.
“That is the sole reason that this Dasher’s account was deactivated, along with the customer’s, while we investigated.”
Henderson has remained out of custody without bail as proceedings continue. If found guilty, she could face a sentence of up to eight years in prison.
“We know these are sensitive situations,” the food delivery company added. “And we want every Dasher to know: if you ever feel unsafe or experience something concerning, come to us. We’re here to listen, act, and support.”
Henderson is due back in court in June.
