Hailey Bieber has shared a rare glimpse into her family life after she and her husband Justin welcomed their baby boy in June 2024.
The couple got married in 2018 after years of an on-again, off-again relationship. They became parents to a son named Jack Blues 16 months ago.
At the time, a source told PEOPLE Magazine, “They’re both overjoyed. The baby is such a miracle. He’s adorable and doing well. Hailey’s doing well, too.
“The pregnancy was something that they very much wished and prayed for.”
Hailey recently appeared on Jake Shane’s Therapuss podcast, where she talked about her experiences as a mother to a toddler who is now starting to speak.
Apparently, Jack Blues has a fondness for talking about basketball.
“He says basketball all the time,” Hailey mentioned. “I went to get him up from his nap today, and he was like ‘basketball’. He’s just. It’s insane. So funny.”
She continued on the podcast: “He also just started saying please. He knew how to sign please for a really long time. So if I would say, hey, ‘say please’, he would go this, as please,” demonstrating the sign language gesture for ‘please’.
Reflecting on motherhood, Hailey shared: “It is so fun. I always knew I wanted kids, I always wanted to be a mom. And then when it happens, you never know what to expect and you don’t know what it’s going to be like. And it honestly it’s so much fun.”
The 29-year-old also revealed her desire to expand her family in the future.
“I definitely do want one more,” Hailey added, explaining she’s in no rush but ‘definitely wants one more’.
She added: “Maybe I’ll have four more. Maybe I’ll have three. I don’t know, I really don’t know. I’m just taking it one day at a time.”
Every parent knows there’s no true preparation for parenthood, a truth Hailey has come to understand. Yet, she has found a positive surprise in being a mom.
Hailey noted: “I think something that I feel did surprise me, though, was I. I feel like I’m a lot more relaxed as a mom than I thought I would be. I think especially as a first-time mom.”
