Reality TV personality Harry Jowsey has revealed a surprisingly awkward detail on his podcast — the kind of thing most people would take to the grave.
The 28-year-old, best known for Too Hot to Handle, told listeners he’s been getting botox injections in his penis. He brought it up while talking with Real Housewives star Lisa Vanderpump on a recent episode of his Boyfriend Material podcast.
During the conversation, Jowsey said the idea came from someone in his circle who’d already tried it. “One of my friends did it. He got stem cells and Botox and calcium,” he said.
As for why anyone would do that, Jowsey claimed the treatment is meant to loosen things up. He explained that “it relaxes the muscle” and then added: “It’s very smooth now, which is good.”

Vanderpump, sounding both skeptical and curious, pressed him on how he could possibly back up the claim.
“How can you prove it?” she asked — a question she appeared to immediately reconsider.
Jowsey then volunteered even more information, saying it’s also possible to use the injections elsewhere. According to him, ‘you can do it in your balls.’ He claimed this ‘smoothes out the wrinkles.’
Even with that unsettling mental image, he clarified he didn’t go for that particular option, adding: “My balls are doing their thing.”

While Jowsey didn’t give a clear medical reason for why he personally chose to do it, botox injections in the penis have been discussed as a potential approach for erectile dysfunction and for people who are considered ‘growers rather than showers’.
One explanation sometimes cited is a ‘hyperactive retraction reflex’ — where the body responds strongly to things like cold temperatures or exercise, causing a flaccid penis to retract more than usual.
Urologist and pelvic surgeon Rena Malik MD previously explained on YouTube that the mechanism is similar to facial botox, in that it encourages muscles to loosen. The effect can make the penis look larger while flaccid, though it does not change overall size.
She said: “Botox essentially tells your overactive sympathetic nervous system to calm down, which allows blood vessels and smooth muscles to relax.
“The result is that you get better blood flow where you need it. You can also think of it like a paralytic, when we use it for wrinkles on our face.
“It basically paralyzes those muscles, so when you put it into the smooth muscles of the penis it is paralyzing those muscles to some extent, relaxing them so blood can flow more easily.”
