Homeless Grumpy Persian Cat Gets Adopted, Hates Every Minute Of It

Paul Tateosian from Sarasota, Florida was doing a property inspection with his colleague when suddenly they heard a soft meowing.

Lo and behold a little grumpy ball of fluff approached them. It had been in the empty house all alone, without food or water.

Paul tried to feed the Persian cat with a mango he found lying on the grass, but he hated it.

“How DARE you try and feed me mangoes.”

Although to be fair to this cutie, he would probably have the same reaction to just about everything and everyone.

“Don’t touch me, hooman.”

“At the end of it all, owing to the fact that the tenants were out, all their stuff was gone, and the owner had never lived in the house, the inspector decided to take him home,” Paul told Love Meow.

“In Florida, alligators/hawks/eagles/owls/snakes can take these little guys in a flash and he needed a home.”

The grumpy cat was named Garfield and, despite his contemptuous looks, we’re sure he’s jumping for joy inside. We think.
