Heartbreaking revelations surface about influencer’s fatal 630 ft bridge fall witnessed by ‘traumatized’ friend

Heartbreaking news has surfaced regarding the demise of an influencer who tragically fell from a 630 ft bridge while performing a stunt for social media.

Lewis Stevenson, a 26-year-old British thrill-seeker, attempted to climb the Castilla-La Mancha Bridge in Spain on October 13 of this year. Unfortunately, the situation turned dire.

He plummeted to his death in front of his 24-year-old friend, who has reportedly been left ‘traumatized’ by the tragic event.

The Talavera de la Reina Town Council confirmed his passing, highlighting the dangerous nature of Stevenson’s actions.

Additional information concerning Stevenson’s death has emerged, as a coroner has verified the exact cause of his demise.

On December 3, assistant coroner Sabyta Kaushal initiated the inquest into the influencer’s death. She confirmed that the cause of death was blunt force head trauma and an uncontrolled fall from a height.

Stevenson’s mother attended the hearing, during which Kaushal stated: “I am opening the inquest into the death of Lewis Stevenson. He died on October 13 at the Castilla-La Mancha bridge in Spain.

“The inquest will now be adjourned for further investigations to be concluded. When it is concluded then the matter will be listed for a final hearing.”

It was also revealed during the hearing that authorities have requested a toxicology report, which may take between nine to twelve months to complete.

Commenting on the incident, the council emphasized that climbing the bridge was strictly prohibited and inherently hazardous.

In a statement, they noted: “He was a 26-year-old Englishman who fell while climbing the aforementioned bridge, something which the councillor has made clear is totally prohibited and that we have reiterated on numerous occasions cannot be done under any circumstances.”

“According to what we have been able to establish, they had come to Talavera to climb the bridge and create content for social media, which has resulted in this unfortunate and sad outcome.”

Stevenson’s family has spoken out about the incident and his character, expressing that although he was an adventurer, they had tried to dissuade him from his latest endeavor.

His grandfather, Clifford Stevenson, told Mail Online: “We all tried to talk him out of it. We were always trying to talk him out of doing things, but that was the way he was.

“He loved doing it, always went out there believing he’d be alright. He did what he did for his own pleasure. He did not get any money for it, he was an adventurer.”
