A family is searching for answers after a Vans Warped Tour attendee reportedly suffered a traumatic brain injury during the festival’s Long Beach, California stop on July 26th.

David Granado Jr. was seriously injured during or around Thrice’s performance, and he attended the festival alongside his brother, Alejandro Granado, but the two split up to watch different bands performing on separate stages.

Based on statements Alejandro shared online, he and his brother had been separated for approximately 90 minutes before David was reportedly admitted to a hospital shortly after 8:00 p.m.

David walked himself to a medical tent and then shortly after was admitted to the emergency room.
