HSTikkyTokky’s Best Friend Nearly Hit by Bus in Terrifying Livestream Moment

A frightening clip from HSTikkyTokky’s Kick stream showed his friend narrowly avoiding an oncoming vehicle after stepping out of a car on a busy road.

HSTikkyTokky, also known as Harrison Sullivan, has built up more than 259,000 followers on Kick, and many of them ended up watching a near-disaster unfold in real time.

Sullivan has been in the spotlight recently following his appearance in Louis Theroux’s Inside the Manosphere on Netflix, which premiered in March 2026. He later described the documentary as a ‘hit piece’.

He drew criticism for several controversial comments in the programme, including one about allegedly cutting off his future son if he were gay.

After the backlash, HSTikkyTokky insisted he was deliberately trying to provoke viewers rather than speaking sincerely.

“So many people right now will take everything that I’ve said in that documentary at face value and not actually have the brain cells to comprehend that maybe I say things and do things for a reaction because it makes me money and allows me to live this lifestyle.”

Since the documentary aired, he has continued posting the same kind of content online and is currently in Ayia Napa.

In the clip, Sullivan was travelling with his best friend when a phone call came through suggesting the friend should switch into another car in their group.

After stopping, the passenger opened the door on the side nearest the road and stepped out.

Instead of checking for traffic, he turned back toward HSTikkyTokky, and in that split second a bus sped past only inches away in a moment that could have ended much worse.

“Oh my god,”

“Bro, he nearly died. You don’t understand how close that was.”

Sullivan then got out himself to look over what had just happened.

“He just nearly got run over by a f**king bus bro.”

When he checked on his friend, both of them seemed to realise just how serious the near miss had been.

“You’re so lucky,”

“That’s f**ked. Stay alert boys.”

He later shared the moment on Twitter and captioned the post:

“MY MATE JUST GOT RAN OVER BY A TRUCK!!!”

People reacting online compared the scare to something out of a movie, with one user calling it ‘Final Destination sh*t’.

“That was super super lucky,”
