Iconic 2000s Movie’s Blu-Ray or DVD Now Commands High Value

Buying a physical DVD or Blu-Ray may seem like a thing of the past, but some individuals might be fortunate enough to possess a particular film that’s now worth some money.

Do you remember saving up your allowance to purchase a DVD or Blu-Ray of a movie you absolutely loved from the cinemas and just had to own?

Or perhaps you begged and pleaded with your parents to buy it for you during a shopping trip.

Well, one of those films you managed to acquire might now be quite valuable.

This film isn’t some obscure indie flick; it’s widely regarded as one of the best in its genre.

Unfortunately, in some countries, you can’t stream it on any platform and the Blu-Ray disks are out of production.

You could try finding a disk on eBay, but you might have to pay a hefty price for it.

Danny Boyle’s 2002 zombie apocalypse film, 28 Days Later, is highly acclaimed, but trying to watch it today can be quite challenging.

So, is it available on Netflix? No. Depending on your location, you might find it on Amazon’s Prime Video, but if not, you could be out of luck.

What if you actually own a Blu-Ray disk of the film? You can either enjoy watching it as much as you like or consider selling it online.

If you had the foresight to buy it back then, thinking it would increase in value, now is your moment to profit.

TikToker @unkn0wns0ldier11 highlighted that someone in the US sold their copy for $110 due to the lack of supply and continued demand.

This situation underscores why I am a fan of physical media for such rare instances. Check your collection to see if you can make a nice profit by selling the disk.
