Influencer Ashley St Clair alleges Elon Musk made an unusual request during the birth of his ’13th child’, which she quickly rejected

Ashley St Clair claims that Elon Musk encouraged her to deliver their child via a specific method in order to potentially enhance the child’s brain development.

The CEO of Tesla, who reportedly has fathered over a dozen children with four different women over the last 20 years, is now involved in a legal dispute with the author, who is significantly younger than him by 27 years.

On Valentine’s Day, St Clair, aged 26, publicly announced what she alleges to be a love child with the 53-year-old billionaire. Just a week after this revelation, she initiated legal proceedings against him.

On February 21, she submitted two petitions to the New York Supreme Court. The first petition seeks sole legal custody of her purported seven-month-old son, referred to as ‘RSC’. The second petition requests that Musk undergo a paternity test.

St Clair took to social media on February 14 to make her claims, writing: “Five months ago, I welcomed a new baby into the world. Elon Musk is the father.”

The influencer has now disclosed how Musk allegedly influenced her and their child.

In an interview with The Wall Street Journal, St Clair stated that Musk had requested their baby be delivered via a caesarean section (C-section) instead of a natural birth.

Musk holds the belief that a baby’s brain size could be limited by natural birth, though studies on whether C-sections or natural births are more beneficial remain inconclusive.

In a Twitter post from January last year, Musk commented on a post about the evolution of brain size, saying: “There are certainly other factors at play, but heavy use of c-sections allows for a larger brain, as brain size has historically been limited by birth canal diameter.”

St Clair was against this advice and opted for a natural birth.

Another request from Musk was against circumcising their baby, a significant decision given St Clair’s Jewish background.

St Clair has indicated in a past interview that her relationship with Musk began when he contacted her through direct messages. Court documents elaborate that they started a ‘romantic relationship in or about May 2023’, leading to the conception of their alleged child, RSC, who was born in September 2024.

She asserts that Musk has acknowledged his paternity through various written exchanges, with images and alleged texts presented as evidence.

After the birth, St. Clair shared a photo of herself with the newborn to Musk, who inquired about their well-being, to which she responded, “He is perfect.”

“I look forward to seeing you and him this weekend.” Musk supposedly replied.

In another alleged text, Musk claimed he was facing ‘death threats everyday’.

He reportedly stated: “I get credible death threats everyday. I’m #2 after Trump for assassination. Wake up.

“This is not the time for sentiment at the expense of safety. If I make a mistake on security, R[full name blacked out] will never know his father.”
