Jake Paul has given his audience a closer look at his luxurious $40 million estate.
The sprawling ranch, named ‘Paul Reserve,’ is situated near Bainbridge in Decatur County, Georgia, beside Lake Seminole.
In a video shared on his YouTube channel, Jake showcases the numerous features of this multi-million dollar property. The estate resembles a massive playground, complete with a lake, gym, shooting range, and ATV track.
At the beginning of the video, Jake and his brother Logan Paul test how fast they can drive along the three-mile-long driveway. Jake reaches a speed of 120mph in a Lamborghini while Logan guides him from the passenger seat.
Logan is preparing for an upcoming appearance at the WWE event in Saudi Arabia, and there is speculation that Jake might also make an appearance at the event.
Jake Paul expressed: “You might be wondering – what do I spend my millions of dollars with (sic) from beating people’s a**es?”
Jake, who recently ended up in the hospital with a broken jaw after a boxing match with heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua, pointed to the estate around him, saying: “Well this is my 6,000-acre, $40 million ranch.”
Jake asserts that the property covers an expanse ‘over half the size of Manhattan.’
Describing his reasons for purchasing this specific property, Jake outlined his vision for the land, such as establishing an ‘airstrip’ and providing premier deer hunting experiences. However, there may be concerns that the aircraft noise might frighten away the deer.
He remarked: “There were a couple of things I needed to do on this dream investment property of mine, and that is be on a lake where you could wake surf, jet skis, go crazy.”
Jake continued: “I also wanna build an airstrip so it needed to have flat land to be able to land a full size jet, and also to build a race track.”
He shared an anecdote of killing a seven-foot-long rattlesnake on the ranch ‘with a shovel’, describing it as ‘the greatest thing I’ve ever done’.
He also mentioned that he had killed an alligator on the property and made ‘fight shorts for my last fight’, during which he was defeated by Anthony Joshua.
The YouTube sensation also took time to comment on the unique quality of the dirt on his ranch, saying: “I could sell this dirt for more than $40 million. It’s special dirt. It’s orange.”
When asked if wealthy individuals ‘get bored,’ he responded: “Oh yeah, I’m super bored.”
