Jake Paul’s mother comments on Mike Tyson’s harsh slap the night prior to their fight

Leading up to the much-anticipated bout between Mike Tyson and Jake Paul, Paul’s mother shared her thoughts on the former boxing champion.

In a surprising twist, Jake Paul’s mother, Pam Stepnick, commented on the ongoing drama between the two fighters.

During the weigh-in on November 14, fans got a preview of the upcoming fight as Tyson took a swing at Paul.

The gesture wasn’t a full punch but more of a light slap as the fighters faced off and stared each other down.

As Paul, 27, approached Tyson, 58, he was met with a slap, causing him to stumble backwards. Meanwhile, security intervened, pulling Tyson away from Paul.

Paul, unperturbed, taunted the veteran fighter by blowing kisses as they were separated.

The social media star appeared unfazed by the incident, later remarking, “I didn’t even feel it.”

He continued: “He’s angry. He’s an angry little elf. Mike Tyson, I thought that was a cute slap, buddy, but tomorrow you’re getting knocked the f*** out.”

Tyson later provided his perspective on the incident. While some speculated that the confrontation was staged, the former heavyweight champion offered a straightforward explanation.

He told the Post: “I was in my socks and he had on shoes. He stepped on my toe because he is a f***ing a**hole. I wanted to think it happened by accident.

“But now I think it may have happened on purpose. I was in a lot of pain. I had to reciprocate.”

In a surprising move, Paul’s mother also commented on the incident, with her response now making the rounds on social media.

In a video initially posted on the YouTube channel FightHype, Stepnick was asked for her thoughts on the slap.

Before leaving, she responded succinctly: “He’s a b****.”

Stepnick, present at the event, was later seen embracing Paul after the weigh-in and repeated her statement about the boxer.

Paul chuckled and said: “You slap harder than him.”
