Jennifer Aniston has finally put the rumors about plastic surgery to rest by discussing the procedures she’s actually undergone.
The beloved Friends actress still resembles the young Rachel Green from the 1990s, sparking curiosity about whether cosmetic enhancements have played a role in her timeless appearance.
At 56, Aniston’s enduring youthful look has led to speculation about possible cosmetic procedures.
The gossip intensified when Aniston was seen leaving a plastic surgeon’s office with Sandra Bullock in Connecticut last year.
Nevertheless, Aniston has consistently denied undergoing plastic surgery, such as a nose job, and remains firm in her stance.
In a 2007 interview with PEOPLE, she admitted to having surgery for a deviated septum, calling it the ‘best thing I ever did.’
“I slept like a baby for the first time in years. As far as all the other [rumors], as boring as it sounds, it’s still mine. All of it. Still mine.”
The Golden Globe-winning actress has, however, acknowledged having ‘facials and the lasers and all that good stuff,’ noting: “I mean, I’m maintained.”
“I’m not going to just go down and let these grey hairs take over. So, it’s perspective, and also knowing that this is our one body,” Aniston added.
In an interview with The Wall Street Journal, the Marley & Me actress revealed her fondness for peptide injections, describing them as ‘the future,’ with experts suggesting they offer benefits like anti-aging, muscle growth, and fat loss.
She also mentioned trying a salmon sperm facial, although she noticed little difference.
Instead, Aniston emphasizes the importance of a healthy diet and staying hydrated with plenty of water.
“[There are] so many things that women can do today with technology in terms of LED light therapy, good lasers that tighten the muscles, and massages for your face — and don’t forget great creams. I think that’s the route to go. I also understand that age is kind of awesome. I am fortunate enough to know … all of these fabulous fearless women who are flawless, they embrace it,” she shared with Yahoo! Life.
Speaking to The Sun, Aniston stated she’s ‘ageing gracefully’ thanks to an ‘eternal fountain of optimism and positivity.’
“Call it youth if you want,” Aniston continued. “I think it all starts with how we love our bodies and love where we are.”
“I’m trying not to think about growing older. I try not to think about age. The world will always be there telling us what your age is and what women should do in society when you’re this or that,” she remarked in an Allure interview.
“We can make our own rules. It’s all bulls***.”
