Jennifer Lopez and Brett Goldstein have reignited dating speculation after arriving at the same exclusive Los Angeles party.
The “Office Romance” co-stars, Lopez, 57, and Goldstein, 46, were spotted getting into and leaving talent manager Cade Hudson’s private gathering on Oct. 16 reportedly in the same vehicle, though they took care to enter the venue separately. Lopez walked in alongside her longtime manager, Benny Medina, wearing a sleek black leather midi dress with a plunging neckline and black pointed-toe heels. Goldstein, dressed in an all-black ensemble, arrived solo.

The pair have long insisted they are not romantically involved. During an awkward joint appearance on NBC’s “Today” to promote their Netflix rom-com, Savannah Guthrie pressed them directly on the rumors.
“There’s never a time when I’m seen with somebody or working with somebody where they don’t try to put me with the person,” Lopez noted.
Goldstein chimed in, “I think if you stand near her, that’s what happens.”
“OK, so you’re not dating in real life?” Guthrie asked.
“Not dating,” Lopez said, as Goldstein added, “Correct.”

Yet behind-the-scenes accounts tell a more complicated story. Earlier this summer, an insider revealed that Lopez and Goldstein “kept things professional on set while filming but their chemistry was undeniable.”

“They tried to keep things low-key during the months while filming but flirted here and there on set, and they definitely had a strong connection,” the source dished. “Everyone saw them getting very cozy together at the wrap party and it was obvious they were into each other.”
The duo’s off-screen dynamic apparently deepened once cameras stopped rolling. “Once filming wrapped, they were free to take things further and dated for quite some time,” the insider explained, adding that eventually things “just sort of fizzled out between them.”

The source stressed there is “no bad blood” between the two and that they remain on good terms. “It just kind of came to a lull. They have a good friendship but in terms of romantic chemistry, that ship has sort of sailed,” the insider said. The pair had “a really strong physical attraction” but “they just felt like they were better off friends than anyone else.”
Goldstein’s admiration for Lopez predates their professional collaboration. In a July 2018 episode of his podcast, “Films To Be Buried With,” the “Ted Lasso” actor gushed over her appearance in “Hustlers.”
“F–king hell. 50!” the comedian exclaimed about Lopez’s age at the time. “She’s 50. I love her.”

He went on to voice jealousy toward one of her female co-stars during a scene in which Lopez wore a fur coat while hugging her. “I’ve never wanted to be cuddled more. That is one of the best cuddles,” he said. “Give me one of your special cuddles.”

Representatives for both Lopez and Goldstein did not return requests for comment on the latest sighting.
The Netflix film at the center of the speculation follows two co-workers navigating an unexpected workplace attraction. “Office Romance” premiered this summer to mixed critical reception, with much of the promotional cycle dominated by questions about its leads’ real-life relationship status rather than the plot.

Lopez’s personal life has remained under intense scrutiny since her high-profile divorce from Ben Affleck, finalized earlier this year after two years of marriage. The “Jenny from the Block” singer has been linked to several potential romantic interests in the months since, though she has rarely addressed such reports directly.
Goldstein, meanwhile, has kept his dating life largely private since rising to fame as the foul-mouthed Roy Kent on “Ted Lasso.” The British actor has become an increasingly prominent figure in Hollywood, balancing television work with film roles and his podcasting endeavors.

The Oct. 16 party marked the first time the co-stars have been publicly spotted together since their promotional obligations for “Office Romance” concluded, reviving interest in a pairing that had appeared to fade from public consciousness.
Lopez is scheduled to appear at the 2025 Grammy Awards in Los Angeles next month.
