Kelly Osbourne returned to the runway Friday after more than a decade away, making a pointed tribute to her late father during a provocative London Fashion Week presentation.
The “Fashion Police” alum, 41, walked in Natasha Zinko’s spring 2027 show, which was sponsored by OnlyFans and carried the title “Pay Per View.” She sported a black bow tie and white dickie without a jacket, and carried a bat figurine dangling from a chain strap — a direct nod to Ozzy Osbourne, the Black Sabbath frontman who died in July 2025 at 76.
The bat reference dates to 1982, when Ozzy famously bit the head off one during a concert in Des Moines, Iowa. Kelly has embraced the symbol repeatedly since his death. She wore a bat-shaped fascinator to Royal Ascot in June and paired bat-shaped sunglasses with a white swimsuit during a July holiday.
Her runway look included a sharp black asymmetrical bob wig that covered her short blond hair. The style recalled some of the punky cuts she rotated through in the early 2000s, when her hair color shifted with nearly every public appearance.
Earlier this month, Osbourne said she had worn wigs throughout last year to hide what she described as “scary” weight loss she suffered while grieving her father.
Friday’s appearance marked her first catwalk turn since the 2015 Life Ball in Vienna, a gala fundraiser supporting people living with HIV or AIDS. Before that, she had made cameos at Naomi Campbell’s Fashion for Relief shows and walked for designers including Betsey Johnson and Heatherette.
Zinko’s show explored themes of surveillance and authenticity. The casting mixed fashion veterans with media personalities, including model and reality star Katie Price, “Sopranos” actress Drea de Matteo, and singer Lava La Rue.
The OnlyFans sponsorship of a London Fashion Week runway show reflects the platform’s expanding push into mainstream cultural spaces. Zinko’s “Pay Per View” title winked at the subscription model that built the company’s fortune.
Osbourne’s return to modeling comes after years focused largely on television commentary and hosting. Her “Fashion Police” tenure made her a fixture of red-carpet analysis, though she left the E! Series in 2015 following a controversy involving co-host Giuliana Rancic’s comments about Zendaya’s dreadlocks.
The bat accessory she carried Friday joined a growing collection of mourning tributes she has woven into her wardrobe. Beyond the Ascot fascinator and holiday sunglasses, she has found ways to keep her father’s memory visible through deliberate style choices.
The wig she wore on the runway served dual purposes — completing the look while continuing the concealment she has said became necessary during her grief. Her outlet comments this month marked a rare public acknowledgment of the physical toll that period took on her.
Osbourne, 41, has otherwise kept a relatively low profile in recent months, making her sudden return to the catwalk a notable reemergence. The Zinko show placed her among a deliberately eclectic cast rather than a traditional model lineup.
Her last sustained modeling period came in the mid-2000s, when her fame from “The Osbournes” MTV reality show translated into fashion world access. The family’s televised domestic chaos made them unlikely style influencers, yet Kelly parlayed the exposure into legitimate industry relationships.
Those early runway appearances for Johnson and Heatherette came during a different era of celebrity casting, before influencer culture made famous faces standard at every presentation. Her return now lands in a landscape where an OnlyFans sponsorship barely raises an eyebrow.
Osbourne has not announced additional runway bookings following the Zinko appearance.
