Alex Cooper has once again coaxed a famous guest into opening up about their private life, getting candid about what goes on in the bedroom.
Cooper fronts the hugely popular podcast Call Her Daddy, which has welcomed a long list of high-profile names in recent years, including Hailey Bieber, Millie Bobby Brown, Zayn Malik, Cardi B, and Gwyneth Paltrow.
Last year, Mad Max actor Charlize Theron appeared on the show’s signature pink chair and didn’t hold back when discussing dating and sex — even sharing that she’d recently slept with a younger man.
“It was f***ing amazing,” Theron, 50, said of her encounter with the unnamed guy.
Now, it’s Kesha’s turn to get personal — and according to the singer, her current situation is a lot quieter than people might expect.
In a new chat with Cooper, the artist, who is currently touring and has three California dates scheduled later this month, said she’s largely sworn off sex… with one major caveat.
“I’m now mostly celibate, you know, except for when you’re in Italy,” the ‘Praying’ hitmaker said.
She explained that the exception is specific to her own time in the country, where she’s happy to be more spontaneous — and she had glowing things to say about the men she’s met there.
“Are there kings in Italy?” Cooper asked, to which Kesha replied: “There are some f***ing kings in Italy, yeah.”
When she’s not abroad, Kesha said she’s been focusing on self-pleasure, pairing it with gratitude meditations.
“It’s been amazing,” the 39-year-old said. “When I got my freedom, I was like– you know, I’m p*ssed abut a lot of stuff but one of the things, like… pleasure.”
Kesha further divulged. “I keep coming back to pleasure. It is okay as a woman to feel pleasure in this world.
“When you go through things, pleasure is not the number one neural pathway that you brain always goes to when you have survived things. And I had to reprogram that, and I [masturbate] every f***ing day and I’m not even embarrassed about it.”
She also shared why she’s keeping things mostly sex-free right now, saying she’s holding out for the right person rather than dating casually.
“This is why I’m mainly celibate. I’m calling in a f***ng king. Like, it’s time for my king. My p**y is manifesting with gratitude that my king is coming.”
The episode arrived yesterday (May 6) and quickly pulled in more than 94,000 views, with fans flooding the comments to praise Kesha’s honesty and vibe.
