Khloé Kardashian recounts chilling ghost experience that made her ‘sleep with the light on’

Khloé Kardashian has opened up about her unusual sleeping habits, revealing that she still keeps the light on at night due to a frightening experience with a ghost.

During her podcast, Khloé in Wonder Land, Kardashian, 41, shared the eerie encounter with her close friend Savas Oguz, a childhood friend of her former partner Tristan Thompson. She described it as “the scariest thing.”

She recounted, “I was sleeping — it was at that rental house that I still had in the Oaks —and there was a hallway from True’s room to my room. It was a little narrow hallway, it was [made of] wood, so I could hear footsteps.”

Reflecting on a time when her daughter True, now 7, was still an infant, she continued: “True was still in a crib, and she never got out of her crib, so I heard someone walking down [the hallway], and I was like, ‘True?’ and then I looked at the monitor, and she was still asleep, so I was like, that’s weird.”

“So I just laid back down — it was the middle of the night —and I shut my eyes, and then I felt something do this,” Kardashian explained while demonstrating the motion of a hand caressing her hair.

Kardashian described the sensation of the ghost’s fingers moving from the top of her head down her hair, noting, “and I could feel it was a small hand.”

She added, “[It] rubbed my head, and I remember closing my eyes, going, ‘Please don’t be there, please don’t be there, please don’t be there.’ I opened my eyes, nothing was there, I was so freaked out.”

“She rubbed my hair — she did. It was the scariest thing. I’ve never slept with the light off ever since,” Kardashian continued.

Backing up the story, a production team member named Alexa mentioned that this wasn’t the only unsettling incident to occur in the house.

Another strange event involved the jacuzzi being completely drained, with a Barbie doll at the bottom, which she described as ‘like murder.’

Despite her belief in the supernatural, Kardashian remains skeptical about the 1969 Moon Landing.

It was Khloé’s own doubts that led to her sister Kim facing criticism after expressing similar skepticism on a recent episode of The Kardashians.

Speaking to PEOPLE after the incident gained public attention, Khloé confessed: “I don’t believe in the Moon landing. That’s very controversial. And I feel bad because I think I riled Kim up about it, and I’ve gotten her into a lot of trouble!”
