Just when it looked like the full story of Khloé Kardashian and Tristan Thompson’s rollercoaster romance had been told, the reality star has revealed another surprise detail.
The former couple share two children together: True, 8, and Tatum, 3. Their relationship, however, was repeatedly disrupted by headlines and alleged infidelity, including the scandal that erupted right before True’s birth — a moment viewers still remember from the show.
Even after their split, they’ve continued to co-parent on good terms. That dynamic was on display when Kardashian, 41, brought her NBA ex onto her Wonder Land podcast on Thursday, May 28, where she disclosed that she persuaded Thompson, 38, to get a vasectomy.
In addition to his two children with Kardashian, Thompson is also a father to Prince, 9, whom he shares with ex Jordan Craig, and Theo, 4, whom he shares with Maralee Nichols.

During the episode, Kardashian questioned Thompson directly about whether he still saw more kids in his future.
“I think I signed off for two embryos,” the NBA player said. “So, I mean, if I do have more kids, it’d be coming from you. I already have enough baby moms. Don’t want no more.”
That’s when Kardashian revealed that she had put serious pressure on him to take permanent action.
“What? Getting neutered?” he asked. “Sometimes you gotta lay them nuts on the table.”
While he didn’t sound fully sold at first, Thompson later admitted he regretted digging his heels in and suggested the push was ultimately for the best, saying: “Sometimes you have to get forced into the right decision.”

The revelations didn’t stop there, as the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star also said Thompson had legally transferred ownership of his embryos to her.
“No more kids, unless it’s coming from Khloé’s embryos,” the star chuckled.
Although vasectomies can be reversed, Kardashian explained they planned ahead by “saving sperm” in case Thompson ever wanted children with a future partner. Thompson, however, maintained he wouldn’t be undoing the procedure.
Fans watched the pair’s relationship unfold publicly after it began in 2016, before ending for good in 2021.
Kardashian hasn’t been publicly linked to anyone since then, and she has recently made it clear she isn’t eager to jump back into dating.
On her podcast, the mother of two described why she’s stayed single, saying: “[Being single] really is [the safest thing] … and then people are always like: ‘Why haven’t you had a date in four years?’ and I’m like: ‘Do you f****** wanna go back? Let’s go back 10 years and I can give you every man I’ve been with and what f****** trauma they’ve caused me on a daily basis.”
