Kim Kardashian brought a signature Skims concept to haute couture in Mexico City.
The reality star, 46, arrived at the “All’s Fair” Season 2 premiere at Soho House on Tuesday wearing a trompe l’oeil Schiaparelli gown featuring a molded silicone bodice with faux-nipple details. Stylist Law Roach pulled the ivory look from Daniel Roseberry’s fall 2026 couture collection, which debuted at Paris’ Petit Palais in July.
The dress plunged low in front, with the sculpted silicone chest piece designed to mimic bare skin. Below the waist, glossy fringe layers parted to reveal sheer polka-dotted mesh underneath. Kardashian and Roach kept accessories minimal, pairing the gown with matching platform sandals and subtle hoop earrings rather than her typical diamond-heavy styling.
Roseberry developed the collection’s skin-like silicone material with help from a Paris-area workshop known primarily for creating lifelike prop babies for film productions.
Kardashian has been refining this particular aesthetic for years through her own brand. In 2023, she launched Skims’ Ultimate Nipple Bra, marketing the padded push-up as a way to maintain a “cold” look regardless of temperature. She later revealed on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” that the bra was modeled after her own anatomy.
The Schiaparelli anatomical illusion has circulated through Kardashian’s circle before. At the May Met Gala, sister Kylie Jenner wore a gown that appeared to be slipping off, exposing a corset with faux nipples and a belly button. Bella Hadid wore a red silk Schiaparelli halter with a sculpted bodice to “The Beauty” premiere in January. Zendaya got the first red-carpet outing from the collection in July, wearing a molded white silicone bustier with illuminated fringe skirt to “The Odyssey” London premiere just hours after it left the Paris runway, with Roach personally transporting the look.
On the Mexico City red carpet, a reporter asked Kardashian how she defines being a successful woman today.
“I mean, success is so subjective,” the mom of four said. “I think happiness is success — no matter what that looks like to you. It’s not the job or the money or the cars or the clothes, it’s pure happiness.”
The Mexico City appearance came just days after Kardashian promoted “All’s Fair” in Rome, where she wore leopard Saint Laurent couture from 1986 to Saturday’s Italian premiere. For that event’s photo call, she changed into a polka-dot Galia Lahav bridal gown with hip cutouts and posed with two Dalmatians.
