Kim Zolciak’s sons allegedly targeted a neighboring horse farm with eggs, firecrackers, and shouted obscenities from their back porch last November, according to a police report obtained Wednesday.
The incident in Alpharetta, Georgia, involved KJ, 15, and Kash, 14, the children of Zolciak, 48, and estranged husband Kroy Biermann, 41, reports said. A 911 caller told police they had repeatedly tried to reach a parent at the residence but had “never seen” one present.

Officers who responded to the complaint noted it was allegedly “not the first time” the teenagers had caused problems at the equestrian facility. The report stated that police asked Zolciak “to talk to her boys about yelling obscenities out the back of their house toward the horse farm.”
“Kim said she will look at her cameras and address the issue,” the report read.

The November episode was not the family’s first run-in with the horse farm operators. In July, one of the teenagers was caught using a pellet gun to frighten the horses, according to a report the outlet obtained in September. Officers discovered 20 to 30 pellets near the property during that investigation.
While the teen’s name was redacted from the July report, he admitted to firing the pellet gun when interviewed by police. He denied attempting to hit the animals, and no charges were filed.

KJ has been in custody since August on separate aggravated sodomy and sexual battery charges. He is accused of assaulting a female classmate at a Life Time fitness center, allegedly forcing oral sex and attempting intercourse without consent in a co-ed sauna. The teenager has pleaded not guilty.
The ongoing legal troubles have unfolded amid Zolciak and Biermann’s protracted divorce, which the former NFL player filed for in 2023. The couple share four minor children together: KJ, Kash, and 12-year-old twins Kaia Rose and Kane Ren. Biermann also adopted Zolciak’s older daughters, Brielle, 29, and Ariana, 24, after the couple married in 2011.

A representative for Zolciak was not immediately available for comment when contacted by the outlet about the November horse farm incident.

The back-to-back disturbances at the equestrian camp have added to the public scrutiny surrounding the family’s Georgia household. The pellet gun incident in July preceded the alleged November escalation to projectiles and shouted profanity, with the 911 caller expressing frustration at the apparent absence of parental supervision.

KJ’s sexual assault case remains active, with the teenager having entered his not guilty plea to the charges. The allegations involve a co-ed sauna at a Life Time fitness facility, where the female classmate told authorities the assault occurred.

The Alpharetta property where the alleged November incident took place has been central to the family’s public profile throughout the divorce proceedings. Zolciak first rose to prominence on The Real Housewives of Atlanta before starring in the spinoff Don’t Be Tardy with Biermann and their children.

KJ’s next court appearance in the sexual assault case has not been publicly scheduled.
