Kylie Jenner stripped down to showcase her new footwear collaboration on Instagram.
The reality star, 28, posted campaign images for Khy’s first-ever shoe collection with Italian label Gia Borghini on Tuesday, wearing nothing but the heels themselves and long black hair extensions that fell past her hips. The photos revealed the silver strappy sandals and black wedge flip-flops that make up the three-style range, which launches Aug. 21 on Khy.com.
“i’ve worn @giaborghini for years, so this one felt right 🤍 i got to create my dream footwear for @khy, handmade in italy,” Jenner captioned the post.
“i reworked every detail over and over until they felt just right and completely effortless,” she added of the design process.

Fashion watchers immediately identified the silver Icon Sandal as the same pair Jenner sported to Game 4 of the Knicks NBA Finals at Madison Square Garden in June. That outing with Timothée Chalamet, where the couple wore matching denim Chrome Hearts looks, had already put the unreleased heels in front of millions of viewers. The collection also includes the Studio Thong and Muse Thong styles in multiple colorways.
The nude campaign marks Khy’s expansion into accessories after establishing itself with apparel since Jenner launched the brand in late 2023. The label has built a reputation for minimalist, elevated basics at contemporary price points, with denim, silk pieces, and seasonal capsules dropping regularly.

This latest launch comes during a particularly busy stretch for the beauty mogul, who celebrated her 29th birthday last week. In recent months she has also rolled out a new Kylie Cosmetics fragrance collection, partnered with Meta to design smart glasses for the tech giant, and dropped a swimwear collaboration with Frankies Bikinis featuring metallic finishes and animal prints.
The Gia Borghini partnership represents a natural progression for Jenner, who has frequently worn the Italian designer’s shoes in public and on social media over the years. The brand, founded by Rosa Giorgina Borghini, has become known for sculptural heels favored by celebrities and fashion insiders.
The campaign images were shot by photographer Amber Asaly, a frequent collaborator of Jenner’s who has lensed multiple Khy drops. The stark styling—no clothing, minimal props—kept full focus on the footwear silhouettes and their construction details.
Jenner’s Instagram post quickly accumulated millions of likes, with commenters split between praising the shoe designs and reacting to the provocative presentation. The entrepreneur has historically used her personal social platforms as the primary marketing vehicle for her brands, bypassing traditional advertising in favor of direct-to-follower drops.
The Khy x Gia Borghini collection will retail exclusively through Khy’s website when it goes live later this month.
