Lil Nas X detained following reports of ‘naked man’ wandering the streets

Lil Nas X has been taken into custody following reports of a ‘naked man’ wandering the streets of Los Angeles early on Thursday (August 21) morning.

The performer, whose given name is Montero Lamar Hill, was seen strolling along a major city street clad only in underwear and cowboy boots.

Witnesses captured numerous photos and videos of Hill, who was overheard mentioning a ‘party’ and singing as he walked.

“Hey, don’t be late to the party tonight,” someone recording him commented, later adding: “Didn’t I tell you to put the phone down… Uh-oh, somebody’s going to have to pay for that!”

The ‘Old Town Road’ artist was even observed wearing a traffic cone on his head at one stage.

The Los Angeles Police Department confirmed to NBC that the rapper has been detained following a confrontation with officers in Studio City.

An anonymous source from the Los Angeles Police Department informed NBC Los Angeles that Hill is anticipated to face battery charges against a police officer after allegedly throwing punches at the responding law enforcement.

After his arrest, Hill was taken to a hospital, though details regarding his current condition remain unclear.

LADbible Group has contacted Lil Nas X’s representatives and the Los Angeles Police Department for additional information.

This incident follows the rapper’s Instagram post revealing paralysis on the right side of his face after a hospital visit earlier this year.

“Soooo lost control of the right side of my face,” he shared in a video caption, appearing cheerful despite the medical care he was receiving.

He stated: “When I smile, this is me doing a full smile right now by the way… it’s like, what the f**k. I can’t even laugh right, bro. What the f**k! Oh my God. So… oh my God, bro. So… yeah.”

The rapper did not specify the cause of the facial paralysis but mentioned it could be related to medical conditions like infections, injuries, or brain issues that typically occur when the nerves controlling facial muscles become irritated or damaged.
