Taylor Swift made her marital status unmistakable during Travis Kelce’s latest touchdown.
The 35-year-old singer sat in the stands at Arrowhead Stadium on Sunday night as Kelce, 36, and the Kansas City Chiefs battled the Indianapolis Colts. When her husband found the end zone in the first quarter, cameras caught Swift jumping with both arms raised and a massive smile fixed on her face. She pointed directly at the wedding ring on her finger while appearing to shout, “That’s my husband!”
Swift kept the celebration going, clapping and cheering as the game continued. Her outfit doubled down on her allegiance: an official Chiefs red tank top paired with jeans and a black belt.
The victory marked another strong outing for Kansas City, who have opened their season with momentum after defeating the Denver Broncos 31-10 the previous week. Swift was present for that matchup too, though she also managed a surprise Emmys appearance through a pre-recorded sketch alongside Law & Order star Mariska Hargitay.
In the clip, Hargitay played detective on a pressing case: whether Swift would actually attend the ceremony. “The Emmys are tonight, and the mayor’s office is breathing down my neck demanding an answer to the big question: Will Taylor Swift be at the Emmys?” Hargitay said. “Now, in order to crack a Swiftie case, you’ve got to think like a Swiftie, because the Swifties think that everything is a clue to what she’ll do next.”
Swift then offered a deliberately puzzling response. “I think what we’re gonna be looking for is hiding in plain sight. Saccharide, Aries, from the vineyard, north or south,” she added, sending fans scrambling to decode the message.
The singer has kept details of her July 3 wedding to Kelce largely private. The ceremony took place at New York’s Madison Square Garden, and Swift has not publicly shared images of her wedding dress. Kelce has been slightly more forthcoming, describing the occasion during a Chiefs conference as “the best day of his life.”
“It was a fun offseason, man, wedding was the best night of my life and I appreciate everyone who came out and celebrated and had fun with us,” he shared. “That’s about all I really got from that night. It was a crazy night. It was full of a lot of celebration. But it’s football, baby.”
Swift’s family joined her in the stands Sunday, with parents Andrea and Scott Swift sitting alongside Donna Kelce, her new mother-in-law.
The Chiefs will look to continue their winning streak as the season progresses.
