A male escort, known as The Punisher, has provided testimony in the Diddy trial, recounting alleged encounters with the music producer and his former girlfriend, Cassie.
The trial of Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is progressing, with the court receiving detailed accounts from Cassandra Ventura, professionally known as Cassie, about her experiences with Diddy during their relationship and the infamous ‘freak off’ parties they attended.
Cassie described the dynamics of her relationship with Diddy and elaborated on the alleged events that transpired during these parties. Prosecutors allege that illegal activities occurred during these gatherings.
Last September, Diddy was arrested in New York on multiple charges, including racketeering and sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion.
Diddy has denied all the accusations against him.
Sharay Hayes, the escort, testified on May 20, recounting his alleged experiences with Diddy and Cassie. He stated that Cassie, using the alias ‘Janet’, initially hired him in 2012 under the pretense of dancing for an event with friends.
Upon his arrival, Hayes realized the nature of the event was different from what was described.
According to Hayes, Cassie explained that he was not required to dance. Instead, she and her spouse wanted to create a sensual environment involving mutual application of baby oil, with Diddy eventually joining to observe.
Hayes claimed he participated in these events between eight and twelve times, with the last encounter occurring in March 2015.
He further described Diddy’s involvement during these sessions with Cassie, stating that Diddy would enter the room, observe from a distance, and sometimes provide directions regarding angles, lighting, and sexual activities.
Hayes was questioned about Cassie’s demeanor during these meetings, particularly regarding her reaction to being watched by Diddy.
He suggested that Diddy would give Cassie instructions during her interactions with him, occasionally noting a ‘sigh’ or ‘wince’ from her in response.
Hayes, drawing on his experience as an exotic dancer and escort, stated he did not detect any discomfort from Cassie during these events. He concluded by saying, “It seemed like it was consensual as far as I was concerned.”
