A 26-year-old man has been arrested after allegedly plotting to kill Erika Kirk, as police identify his chilling social media posts.
Jacob Wenske, from San Antonio, was taken into custody on May 28 after authorities accused him of making threats against Erika Kirk ahead of her scheduled appearance at a Turning Point USA event next week.
Court documents say Wenske is facing two felony counts of making a terroristic threat that causes public fear.
Kirk, a mother of two and widow of the late Charlie Kirk, is listed as a speaker at TPUSA’s Women’s Leadership Summit, set to run June 5-7 at the San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter.
In an alleged online post referencing the three-day conference, Wenske wrote:
“I know exactly where to bomb.”

He also allegedly posted a second message about Kirk’s security detail:
“I can’t wait to be the valet for her escort.”
Investigators say their inquiry found Wenske had previously worked providing valet services for hotels and special events, which led law enforcement to conclude the alleged threats were “not isolated or ambiguous.”
If convicted, the charges carry a potential sentence of up to 10 years in prison.
Authorities said a review of Wenske’s Facebook posts showed what they described as:
‘ongoing violent hostility toward Turning Point-affiliated persons and supporters, including death-approval statements, encouragement of harm toward ideological opponents, and repeated hostile engagement across multiple public threats’.

Investigators also linked the 26-year-old to an email allegedly sent in January that read:
“Death to Erika Kirk and every single speaker there!!
“America will live on without those scum on this earth. Every Christian nationalist shall perish in the bombing that will take place at every single Turning Point rally and event.”
Turning Point USA addressed the arrest in a statement posted yesterday on X, saying:
“We are grateful to the San Antonio Police Department and the FBI for their rapid response and arrest of the individual making these threats.
“The safety of our attendees, speakers, and staff is always our top priority. All TPUSA events include enhanced, multi-layered security measures that are enforced by both private security and local police. We refuse to let threats silence us.”

After her husband’s assassination at Utah Valley University, Erika became CEO of TPUSA, the organization he founded at 18.
This week, the 37-year-old also faced online claims that she had “moved on” just eight months after his death, after conspiracy theorist Collin Scott Campbell alleged she was seen “kissing and embracing” 26-year-old Blake Wynn at the Beverly Hills Hotel.
Kirk responded angrily to the allegation and denied anything had taken place between the two, writing on X:
“Every single word here is a lie,” she wrote on X.
