Drake Von, an OnlyFans creator who previously drew attention for publicly defending his relationship with a partner almost 20 years older, has issued a statement after being arrested in Las Vegas on multiple domestic battery-related charges.
The 23-year-old adult performer was arrested on Tuesday 2 June. Police records show accusations including domestic battery by strangulation, coercion involving domestic violence, and a misdemeanour domestic battery count, tied to an alleged incident at a Las Vegas property.
He is being held on $25,000 (£18,603) bail and is expected to remain in custody unless released while awaiting trial proceedings.
Von has denied the allegations. In comments to TMZ, he said: “All allegations are false, charges will be dropped, and it was all a misunderstanding.”
He also told the outlet that “content will be made soon about it” and described the situation as a “publicity stunt.”

Von is reported to be among OnlyFans’ top 0.1 per cent of earners, and his audience has grown since he moved to Las Vegas in 2024. That year, he also picked up GayVN Awards recognition, winning Best Twink and Hottest All-Male Creator Collab.
He has also recently expanded into reality television, appearing on OUTtv’s Ultimate Boys Trip, which launched in late April 2026 and featured adult performers Joey Mills and Max Konnor.
Prior to entering adult entertainment, Von said he identified as straight.
Speaking on the Love Don’t Judge YouTube channel, he described how dating co-star Mark, 42, reshaped how he understood his sexuality.
“I never thought I could be in a serious relationship with a man, I always thought I was attracted to women,” he said.
“In high school I had many girlfriends, that was what I was just kind of into until I met Mark. I was a little curious but Mark really got me out of my shell.”
According to Von, the pair met on set around a year and a half ago and then, in his words, “fell in love after our collab.”
Their age gap has continued to spark comments online and in public, including people mistakenly assuming Mark is Von’s father. Both have previously addressed it directly. “I see Drake as my peer despite the years difference,” Mark said, while Von has joked that he is the one who plays ‘daddy’ in the relationship.

This is not the first controversy to surround Von. In 2025, he unveiled what he called his “1,000 bottoms” challenge — a proposal to have sex with 1,000 men in a single day — which quickly prompted major backlash as well as widespread attention.
Responding to criticism in an interview with PRIDE, Von positioned the idea as a message about risk reduction. “This isn’t just a publicity stunt. I want to spread the word about safe sex and educate the masses,” he said. He stated that anyone taking part would need to subscribe to his OnlyFans and practise safe sex. At the time of publication, no video footage has surfaced and no date has been officially confirmed, although Von has said plans are progressing. With the new domestic battery charges now part of the public record, his claim that the arrest itself was a publicity stunt is likely to be met with scepticism.
