Meghan Trainor Ditches Coffee Following Eerie Psychic Warning

Meghan Trainor has decided to quit drinking coffee entirely after receiving a health warning from a psychic.

According to the National Coffee Association, about 66 percent of American adults consume coffee daily, and Trainor was among these individuals.

As a mother of two who was on tour last year, Trainor often relied on coffee to manage her demanding schedule.

While coffee can offer certain health advantages, such as potentially lowering the risk of heart disease when consumed at specific times, there are also negative aspects to consider regarding caffeine consumption.

Despite maintaining a healthy lifestyle, Trainor, married to Spy Kids star Daryl Sabara, expressed that she “still wasn’t feeling great” and couldn’t pinpoint the reason.

In an interview with People, the ‘Made You Look’ singer explained: “I wasn’t feeling great. And I was like, ‘I don’t understand. I eat so healthy, I work out. Why do I feel like this?’ And I realized I was overworking myself.”

Trainor noticed an improvement in her health after she stopped drinking coffee following a warning from a psychic who had spoken to her husband, Sabara.

“The psychic never met me. My husband was gifted a session with her and she said, ‘Your wife is using coffee like speed. She’s non-stop and it’s not helping her and she’s just crashing out,'” Trainor recalled.

“I was like, ‘How does she know that?’ And he came home and told me, and I immediately stopped. Cold turkey just stopped because I was drinking it all day to just survive and be steady and then I would crash and be buzzing at night to sleep.”

The singer admitted that the first week without coffee was challenging, but now she claims to have “more energy than ever.”

“It was life-changing,” Trainor stated.

Celebrity nutritionist Sarah Carolides has highlighted several signs that might indicate excessive coffee consumption.

According to Carolides, individuals should evaluate whether they control their coffee intake or if coffee controls them.

“If you wake up in the morning and you go, I cannot function until I’ve had my double espresso or whatever, you know what, I want you to give it up for a while and see what happens,” she advised.

“Do you start getting the headaches? Do you start feeling really awful? Because if that’s that’s also a sign that you’re not metabolizing it well and it’s affecting you in the wrong way.”

“If you can come off coffee easily, and it doesn’t affect you. You feel you still feel fine, then you’re in control,” Carolides concluded.
