Mila Kunis shares the firm parenting agreement she and Ashton Kutcher adhere to

Mila Kunis has shared insights into a key rule she and her husband, Ashton Kutcher, follow to be effective parents.

Parenting is challenging, and juggling work with family life is not easy, even for those in the limelight.

Mila Kunis, 42, discussed the significant rule she and Ashton Kutcher, 47, adhere to for their children’s well-being.

Both actors have been active in film and television projects before becoming parents to Wyatt, 11, and Dimitri, eight, necessitating certain lifestyle changes.

In an interview with Extra last week, Kunis stated: “Ash and I never work at the same time.

“Neither one of us works, when the kids are in school, out of town.”

Kunis noted that there can be exceptions to this rule. They might bend their rule if a project only involves local shoots.

She remarked: “If it shoots in L.A. — my next project is shooting in L.A. in January — so I’ll do that.

“Then the project after that shoots in the summer, outside in a different country.”

Despite their busy acting schedules, Kunis emphasized that both she and Kutcher strive to be present for their kids.

The actress is conscious of how fortunate she is to choose her work selectively.

She commented: “We tag team in and out, but neither one of us is ever absent.

“It’s a luxury, and I’m really fortunate. So I don’t take that for granted either.”

Kunis expressed her gratitude for her lifestyle and family, which she has enjoyed with Kutcher for more than ten years, having married him in 2015.

Kutcher has also spoken about his appreciation for his circumstances, telling E! News that his ‘dream role’ is being a father and husband.

The 47-year-old shared: “My life is so good.

“I love spending time with my kids. I love my wife so much. I’m the most fortunate human being that I know, and I could take all my problems, put them in the middle of the room with everybody else on the planet’s problems, and I’d go get mine back because I love my problems and I love my joys.

“I wouldn’t give it up for a minute.”
