Netflix introduces ‘outstanding 10/10’ mini-series that fans binge in a single day

Netflix has recently released a much-anticipated miniseries that fans are devouring in just one day.

Perhaps you’ve already powered through the ‘truly riveting’ crime drama that’s been captivating audiences, or maybe the psychological thriller that left viewers ‘messed up for hours.’

If you’re looking for more suggestions, consider this post-apocalyptic TV series.

This six-part series has received glowing reviews from fans, with one calling it, “When we say cinema, this is what we’re talking about.”

This spin-off of a popular serial drama delves into the love story of two main characters whose destinies were previously uncertain.

This is, of course, The Walking Dead and its 2024 sequel, The Ones Who Live.

Consider this your spoiler alert…

The Walking Dead wrapped up after 11 seasons in 2022, leaving several storylines unresolved.

The mystery of Rick Grimes’ (Andrew Lincoln) fate—last seen being taken away under mysterious circumstances in season nine—remained unsolved, along with Michonne’s (Danai Gurira) journey to find him in season 10.

The Ones Who Live centers on their long-awaited reunion, delving into how they reconnect after their lengthy separation and their efforts to return home.

Created by Scott M. Gimple, head of The Walking Dead universe, alongside Lincoln and Gurira, the series is now available for streaming on Netflix in the US.

Fans have been quick to praise The Ones Who Live on Rotten Tomatoes, with one person calling it ‘the best spinoff of the entire franchise.’

Another fan agreed: “Binged it all in one day, it was very well written,” while someone else commented: “Awesome, some of the best Walking Dead content I’ve seen in years.”

A fourth reviewer described it as ‘outstanding,’ applauding the show’s emotional depth, while another fan compared it to ‘the peak seasons’ of the original show, saying, “Andrew Lincoln is still amazing as Rick even though he’s at a different place than we’ve seen before. He and Danai both shine in this.”

The Ones Who Live isn’t the only Walking Dead series you can stream on Netflix.

All 11 seasons of the original series are available, along with all eight seasons of the first spin-off, Fear the Walking Dead.

The first season of The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon sequel is also available to viewers.
