Fans have been diving into a Pedro Pascal-led series that boasts an impressive 97 percent score on Rotten Tomatoes.
Although he tugged at our heartstrings in The Last of Us, Pedro Pascal attempted to make amends by appearing on the big screen this summer as Mr. Fantastic in The Fantastic Four: First Steps.
As expected, Pascal, the Chilean-American actor, has a packed schedule. He recently wrapped up another project.
This week marked the end of filming for Pascal on Avengers: Doomsday, where he shares the screen with his Fantastic Four co-star, Vanessa Kirby, who plays Sue Storm.
According to Deadline, “Fantastic Four kicked off the next phase of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and Pascal recently wrapped production on the next Avengers movie, Avengers: Doomsday, which will premiere in 2026. Also in 2026, Pedro will reprise his role as Din Djarin in Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Grogu.”
If you can’t seem to get enough of Pascal, there’s a binge-worthy series on Netflix you might consider adding to your watchlist.
Spanning 30 episodes, the series details the rapid ascent and catastrophic downfall of Colombian drug cartels.
Focusing on the life of Pablo Escobar, the notorious head of the MedellÃn Cartel, it delves into his criminal operations and confrontations with law enforcement.
The narrative is a blend of dramatized accounts and actual archival footage, often voiced from the viewpoint of DEA agents dedicated to dismantling the cartels.
Wagner Moura portrays the formidable drug lord Escobar, while Pascal takes on the role of Javier Peña, a DEA agent becoming increasingly jaded.
This brings us to the Netflix original series, Narcos.
Across its three seasons, Narcos has achieved an almost impeccable Rotten Tomatoes score of 95 percent from viewers.
Though it premiered in 2015, some viewers are just now discovering it. Better late than never!

Another new viewer called it a ‘fascinating story well told,’ while someone else confessed: “I’ve rewatched this show several times. Awesome.”

The third season of Narcos seems to have captured the most attention, with critics awarding it a remarkable 97 percent – the highest score among the seasons.
