Nikki Bella told Us Weekly ahead of WWE SummerSlam that she is “pretty much like a nun at this point,” adding “Super celibate. I should just put on a ring.”
Nikki, 42, unretired from WWE this year, has a wine company and podcast with her twin sister Brie, and is a single mom to 5-year-old Matteo, whom she shares with her ex-husband, Artem Chigvintsev.
“I wish I was out there getting wild,” she told the outlet. “I just don’t have energy for it.”

Nikki settled her divorce with ex-husband Artem Chigvintsev in November 2024, two years after the pair tied the knot.
The wrestling star’s comments came just months after she faced romance speculation with Philadelphia Eagles cornerback Cooper DeJean.
Months after the WWE Hall of Famer sparked romance rumors with Cooper DeJean, she shared a candid update about her love life, following the split when the pair were seen looking awfully cozy during her trip to Philadelphia last December.
Weeks after they were seen together in the City of Brotherly Love, Nikki seemingly shut down the hearsay on a December 2025 episode of her and twin sister Brie Garcia’s The Nikki & Brie Show podcast, sharing she hadn’t been intimate with someone in “a really long time.”
Brie even told Us Weekly she’s trying to help Nikki get back into the dating scene but sees that her sister is quite tied up.

Brie said she’s “been trying” to set Nikki up on dates, which she’s respectfully declined, with Brie sharing that when her sister has a free night, she wants to “Netflix and chill.”

“She’s like, ‘I don’t want to go on a date. I don’t have to dress up,'” Brie added.
Brie continues to play wing woman, saying “I still keep my eyes open. There’s been some prospects,” while Nikki remains focused on her son.
Nikki has been candid on other occasions about her reluctance to dive back into dating.
“I’m single,” Nikki, 42, proclaimed on the April 8 episode of the “Angie Martinez IRL” podcast. “Well, the good thing is I love being single. I just love my space, I love how I do my routine and I love my aesthetic of my home now. It’s me and my son.”

“I just love all the things and I couldn’t imagine someone in that space now, and I love the peacefulness of it,” she said. “I think it’s [because] I’m busy and my son’s 5, so I’m in it as a mom. It just seems, like, ‘Add it to the list.’ It’s not a fun thing.”
The split from Chigvintsev was triggered by a domestic violence incident that landed the dancer with felony charges, though prosecutors ultimately chose not to pursue them.
Nikki Garcia split from husband Artem Chigvintsev shortly after he was arrested for domestic violence in August 2024.

The former Dancing With the Stars pro was arrested in Napa Valley on a charge of corporal injury to a spouse on August 29, 2024.
Nikki Bella filed for divorce from Artem Chigvintsev in September 2024 after two years of marriage.
In the viral moment that sparked widespread attention, court documents revealed competing accounts of what transpired that August day.
Nikki filed for divorce in September 2024, less than one month after police were called to the couple’s Napa, Calif., home on a report of a domestic dispute, with the WWE wrestler accusing Artem of attacking her over an argument about breakfast.
Both Nikki and Artem listed their date of separation as the day of his arrest.
Ultimately, the Napa County District Attorney’s Office opted not to charge Artem in connection to the incident.
The pair settled their divorce in the fall of 2024.
Nikki is now set to tag along with Paige and Brie Bella at SummerSlam 2026, where the trio will face Fatal Influence.
