8-week-old kitten Blake was adopted by Glen, who said the little cat was “close to death” when he arrived at the shelter.
But Glen, who suffers from a brain condition causing seizures that can stop him from breathing, had no idea this kitten would turn out to be a real life-saver.
He told LoveMeow, “On the first day, I had a small seizure. He tapped me on my arm, saying, ‘Daddy, you’re going to be okay.”
“On the third day, I had a full blown seizure while I was sleeping, he was biting my toes to wake me up.”
If Blake hadn’t bitten him, Glen doubts he would ever have woken up. “I saved him and he saved me,” says Glen simply.
“He’s my boy. He’s an angel from God. He understands me, kisses me a lot and follows me around. He’s just great.”
“My little kitten is really keeping me going,” adds Glen. What an adorable kitty hero!
