Olivia Culpo is bringing back her viral hospital bag for baby number two.
The 34-year-old model, who is expecting her second child with San Francisco 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey any day now, said Style she plans to pack the same elaborate kit that made headlines during her first pregnancy last year. Culpo, who welcomed daughter Colette in July 2024, said the over-the-top preparation was worth every item.
“I don’t think I’ll change too much because I actually used everything I brought last time. Yes, this means I’ll be bringing back the flameless flickering candles!” she told the outlet.

Culpo’s extensive packing list became a social media sensation during her first pregnancy, with fans and critics alike weighing in on the sheer volume of goods she hauled to the delivery room. The former Miss Universe, 34, maintained that each piece served a purpose.
“I’m such a creature of comfort, and I have to admit, I really did love having every single thing I packed for my last delivery,” she shared.
Beyond the bag, Culpo has also refined her maternity wardrobe approach. She recently collaborated with Bumpsuit on a collection of pregnancy and postpartum styles, including a unitard, a long-sleeved catsuit, and a strapless gown.
“If you’ve been pregnant, you know that getting dressed and feeling like yourself can become harder and harder as you get closer to your due date. These are comfortable, easy and still make me feel pulled together,” she said Style.

The Rhode Island native said her pregnancy style has stayed “pretty consistent” across both children, though she noted she has “a few more tips and tricks this time around.” Her philosophy centers on celebrating rather than concealing her changing body.

“I’ve always loved embracing my bump rather than trying to hide it. I’m so proud of what my body can do, and I want that to come through in the way I dress,” she said.
Culpo’s creative output has expanded beyond fashion into baby products. Over the summer, she launched Picolette by Olivia Culpo, a collection sold at Target featuring blankets, toys, and clothing. The line includes football-printed items honoring McCaffrey’s career and merchandise modeled after the family’s Goldendoodle, Oliver Sprinkles.

“Colette inspired the brand, and so many of the ideas come from what I actually want and need for my own children,” Culpo explained. She acknowledged the challenge of balancing entrepreneurship with motherhood, particularly while pregnant and caring for a toddler.
“It can definitely be a lot, especially while pregnant and raising a toddler, but Picolette was born from my experience as a mom, so the two feel very connected,” she told the outlet.
The model expressed hope that her products would resonate with other families navigating early parenthood.
“Knowing that Picolette might be part of another family’s earliest memories with their baby makes the work feel incredibly personal and rewarding,” she shared.

Culpo and McCaffrey, who married in June 2024, have not publicly announced a specific due date for their second child. The couple frequently shares glimpses of family life on social media, including milestones with 10-month-old Colette.

McCaffrey, 28, is currently in the NFL offseason after the 49ers’ campaign concluded earlier this year.
