Outrage erupts after cyclist is filmed defecating and exposing himself outside beloved California church

A man is wanted after being caught on video exposing himself and possibly defecating on the property of TLC Fellowship in Bonadelle Ranchos, Madera County, California, sometime after 10:50 p.m.

The incident occurred between 10:50 p.m. on Tuesday and 12:38 a.m. the following day at a church near Monreal Road and Avenue 15, where security cameras captured him exposing himself and possibly defecating on the property.

He is described as a white male with a crew cut wearing a blue overshirt, black pants, and a bicycle helmet.

The man remains unidentified at this time.

Investigators said the unknown man entered the church’s locked perimeter, where security cameras captured him exposing himself and possibly defecating on the property.

Law enforcement is now actively seeking the public’s assistance.
