Paris Hilton reacts to cruel trolls who left horrible comments about her baby boy

Paris Hilton has responded to online trolls who made fun of her baby’s head.

In late 2023, the former reality TV star posted a picture featuring herself and her son Phoenix to her 26 million followers.

The 43-year-old captioned the photo: “My precious angel baby Phoenix’s first time in NYC.”

Unfortunately, the image received some unkind remarks from users, with one calling the child a ‘funny looking kid’.

Another user commented: “Man got a lot of thoughts up there.”

A different user remarked: “There was no doctor who could perform the delivery, it must have been done by a magician.”

Someone else asked: “Does he have encephalitis? Like what is actually going on I’m not trying to be rude, that doesn’t seem normal.”

Hilton eventually responded to the negativity by addressing a TikTok that criticized the harsh comments about her son.

“Living life in the spotlight, comments are inevitable, but targeting my child, or anyone else’s for that matter, is unacceptable,” she wrote on Instagram at the time.

“This hurts my heart more deeply than words can describe. I’ve worked hard to cultivate an environment that is all about love, respect, and acceptance, and I expect the same in return.

“If I don’t post my baby, people assume I’m not a great mother and if I do post him, there are some people who are cruel and hateful. I’m a proud working mom and my baby is perfectly healthy, adorable and angelic. I’ve dreamt of being a mom for as long as I can remember.

“Phoenix is my world and has been the biggest blessing of my life.

“Every day with him is a reminder of what truly matters. It’s hard to fathom that there are people in the world who would target such innocence.

“I hope that people can treat one another with more kindness and empathy.”

The Simple Life star and her husband, Carter Reum, quietly welcomed their son via surrogacy in January 2023. They have since had another child, a baby girl named London.

London, also born via surrogate, arrived in November 2023.

It’s believed that the singer and heiress named her children after the famous cities located in the US and UK, respectively.

Phoenix and London’s middle names honor her late grandparents Barron and Marilyn Hilton.
