Patriots Owner Robert Kraft Buys Palm Beach Penthouse for $23.75M

Robert Kraft, owner of the New England Patriots, has made a splash in Palm Beach. Kraft purchased the priciest condo ever sold in the upscale town, a four-bedroom, 5.5 bath penthouse measuring 5,000 square feet, for $23.75 million.

Located at Levertt House-Palm Beach, the beachfront residence was initially listed at $26.5 million and belonged to Erving and Joyce Wolf.

Erving, an oil and gas executive, died in 2018 and Joyce passed away this year.

“An extraordinary contemporary creation by one of the most highly regarded American architects, Maya Lin,” the listing notes.

The Wolfs, a prominent family in the Chicago area, have recently sold their luxury penthouse in the city for $10.58 million. This penthouse boasted expansive ocean views, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a large library with gallery walls displaying their high-end art collection.

The family purchased this penthouse for $6 million in 2000, adjusted for inflation.

Dana Koch of the Corcoran Group and Christian Angle of Christian Angle Real Estate recently facilitated the purchase of a Florida property by billionaire Robert Kraft.

This is Kraft’s second major purchase in the last year, having acquired a Southampton property for $43 million in 2018. Kraft, who is worth a reported $10.6 billion, owns other properties in Palm Beach, Boston, and the Hamptons.
