When you’re a dedicated yogi and also run an animal sanctuary, there’s going to be some curious furry friends poking their noses around while you practice poses. But who knew a baby goat would be the perfect yoga partner?

This is Penny Lane, given to Swedish-born yoga-lover Rachel Brathen as a Christmas gift by her husband.
Penny isn’t exactly a professional yogi, but she loves practicing with instructor Rachel at their Caribbean island home.
Sometimes Penny takes a more hoofs-on approach to her yoga coaching.

And the pair are causing a bit of a stir on Instagram with their human/Crow/goat yoga mashups.

What better way to achieve Zen calm than getting your yoga on with an adorable baby goat?

And Penny’s a natural in front of the camera, even if she hasn’t mastered the trickier poses.
But this dedicated yogi-goat never misses a practice.
Penny has lots of other friends to play with, as Rachel also runs an animal rescue center from her home.
So they have plenty of time to frolic when the yoga’s all done.
And there’s lots and lots of cuddles, obviously.
You can see more goat-yoga on Instagram and find out about Rachel’s yoga book and classes (sadly without Penny) at her website.
