on Monday.
A felony arrest warrant filed in Los Angeles Superior Court alleges that Cloobeck tried to prevent three male victims from testifying against Lavie, 29.

Criminal proceedings advanced Friday against prominent real estate developer Stephen Cloobeck after the former California gubernatorial candidate formally denied felony charges alleging he attempted to silence witnesses in a high-profile burglary prosecution.
Detective Angela Lopez said Lavie made “10 calls” to her ex-husband Edan Ives during her incarceration.
The calls included “multiple I love you’s and pet names,” according to court testimony.
Lavie was engaged to billionaire and former gubernatorial candidate Stephen Cloobeck, who was arrested in West Hollywood in May for allegedly trying to dissuade multiple people from testifying in a criminal case against his fiance.
The pair discussed using Cloobeck’s credit card, with Lavie telling Ives to “use the f–k out of it,” according to Lopez’s account.
When Ives asked if “Cloobeck would be mad?”, Lavie replied “I don’t give a f—” and said she would testify against him.
Prosecutors contend that Cloobeck deployed threats and physical intimidation to block key witnesses from delivering testimony against his former fiancée, social media influencer Adva Lavie.
“These charges are false and we look forward to our day in court,” attorney Elias Dabaie said.
One of her attorneys, Jeremy Lessem, told reporters outside court the defense may file a motion to have Lavie placed in a mental health diversion program. She is due back in court Aug. 10.
“It’s in the mountains of Orange County, no cell phones allowed, a six months program addressing mental health and substance abuse,” Lessem told the court.
Cloobeck, a real estate developer who briefly ran for California governor last year, faces three felony counts of attempting to dissuade witnesses from testifying in a criminal case against his fiancée.
Cloobeck, 64, was charged on April 28 with three felony counts related to attempting to prevent or dissuade witnesses in Lavie’s case by force or threat, alongside a misdemeanor count of making annoying telephone calls to an alleged victim’s attorney.
He was released shortly after 1 p.m. the same day after posting $300,000 bail.
Prosecutors said Lavie claimed Ives physically and sexually abused her, yet she was calling him at least 10 times.
“She has a loving relationship with him not an estranged one,” prosecutors said.
Prosecutors allege Lavie of cultivating relationships via dating apps and “Sugar Daddy” sites between 2023 and 2025 to gain access to wealthy individuals’ homes in West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and Westlake Village to steal cash, gold, credit cards, and designer items.
A joint petition for divorce was filed March 3 in Clark County, Nevada.

If convicted on all counts, she faces up to 11 years and eight months in state prison.

Law enforcement officials arrested the 29-year-old Lavie in March, filing six felony counts against the former model after investigators linked her to a series of high-value residential thefts targeting men she met online.
Lavie is due back in court on Aug. 10 for her next hearing following her brief appearance in Van Nuys Superior Court on Friday.
