People stunned by Trump’s ‘audacious’ response when questioned about lewd birthday note allegedly sent to Epstein

Social media platforms have erupted in surprise over Donald Trump’s ‘audacious’ reply when questioned about a birthday letter he is alleged to have sent to Jeffrey Epstein.

Interest in the Epstein case has surged again recently, particularly after the Trump administration shifted its stance on releasing all associated FBI files.

Recently, the Democrats on the Oversight Committee released an image purportedly from Epstein’s ‘birthday book’, which they allege was sent to the convicted sex offender for his 50th birthday.

“HERE IT IS: We got Trump’s birthday note to Jeffrey Epstein that the President said doesn’t exist,” the caption stated.

“Trump talks about a ‘wonderful secret’ the two of them shared. What is he hiding? Release the files!”

The note seems to depict an outline drawing of a woman’s body with a script written over it.

It starts with: “Voice Over: There must be more to life than having everything.

“Donald: Yes, there is, but I won’t tell you what it is.

“Jeffrey: Nor will I, since I also know what it is.

“Donald: We have certain things in common, Jeffrey.

“Jeffrey: Yes, we do, come to think of it.

“Donald: Enigmas never age, have you noticed that?

“Jeffrey: As a matter of fact, it was clear to me the last time I saw you.

“Donald: A pal is a wonderful thing. Happy Birthday – and may every day be another wonderful secret.”

On Tuesday (September 9), Trump addressed the media, dismissing claims that he authored the letter.

He stated: “It’s not my signature and it’s not the way I speak. Anybody that has covered me for a long time knows that’s not my language. It’s nonsense.”

Trump’s comments have taken many by surprise online, with some labeling his response as ‘audacious’.

The letter’s description aligns with what The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) reported in July.

The outlet claimed—citing reviewed documents—that Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein’s former partner and accomplice, gathered messages from Epstein’s associates and included them in a birthday album in 2003.

Trump, at that time, refuted the report and mentioned plans to sue WSJ.

“The Wall Street Journal, and Rupert Murdoch, personally, were warned directly by President Donald J. Trump that the supposed letter they printed by President Trump to Epstein was a FAKE and, if they print it, they will be sued,” the president wrote on Truth Social.

“The Editor of The Wall Street Journal, Emma Tucker, was told directly by Karoline Leavitt, and by President Trump, that the letter was a FAKE, but Emma Tucker didn’t want to hear that. Instead, they are going with a false, malicious, and defamatory story anyway.”
