Pervert Paramedic Filmed Himself Masturbating Into Coworkers’ Food and an Ambulance in Quest to Be ‘Some Sort of Porn Star’

A former Baltimore County paramedic who filmed himself contaminating coworkers’ food and workplace surfaces with bodily fluids was sentenced to 25 years in prison after telling investigators he wanted to become a porn star.

Christopher Carroll, 36, received the sentence after pleading guilty in August to three counts of causing ingestion of bodily fluids, charges stemming from acts he committed between September and December 2025 while assigned to the fire department’s quick response team. The unit assists people experiencing mental health crises and drug addiction.

Carroll posted at least 64 videos to JustForFans, a paid-subscription adult kink site where he charged $7 for access, according to court records. Most clips were recorded inside fire department headquarters in Towson and a station in Pikesville, Md., leaving traces of his DNA throughout the facilities and inside an ambulance.

In one video, Carroll urinated into an ice maker before mixing the contents with a scoop, wiping himself with the tool and giving a thumbs up. More than a dozen workers later used the contaminated machine, unaware of what had occurred.

“They always say don’t drink the yellow snow, but I’m just trying to make a slushie,” Carroll allegedly captioned the post, according to court documents cited by WBAL.

The contamination extended beyond the ice machine. Carroll masturbated into a coffee creamer bottle before returning it to a community refrigerator used by colleagues. He also ejaculated onto a female supervisor’s keyboard in an area where she ate breakfast and lunch daily, prosecutors found. Additional footage showed him spreading his fluids onto food cooked at the firehouse.

The fire department conducted hazmat cleaning at all affected offices and stations, fully replacing the ice machine and sanitizing several vehicles.

Carroll was arrested on Feb. 4 and initially faced 23 counts related to lewd conduct. He struck a plea deal reducing his charges to three counts of causing ingestion of bodily fluids, five years below the 30-year sentence prosecutors had sought. He had been suspended but technically remained employed by the county until sentencing.

“I’m truly sorry to everyone who has been involved. I’m absolutely ashamed that I caused so much hurt,” Carroll said during his sentencing hearing, according to the Baltimore Banner.

Deputy State’s Attorney Lisa Dever condemned Carroll’s abuse of his position.

“That is what this defendant brought to a community of people who only want to serve,” Dever said.

One victim, who remained anonymous, directly addressed Carroll’s betrayal of professional trust.

“(He) preyed on the very people who trust him most and chose to violate us for his own twisted gratification,” the victim said.

Prosecutors indicated additional victims may exist beyond the fire department. They accused Carroll of urinating into a fragrance dispenser at a doctor’s office before plugging it back in Baltimore. Another video allegedly captured his two children in the background.

Carroll told investigators he committed the acts because he “wanted to be some sort of porn star” to profit from his behavior.

Carroll is expected to serve his sentence in Maryland state prison.
