Psychic Baba Vanga’s chilling 2025 prediction feared to manifest soon during significant event

As we approach the start of 2026, it’s easy to think that 2025 has already revealed all its surprises. The past year has seen significant events such as the outbreak of war, the election of the first American pope, and Donald Trump beginning his second term as President. However, a well-known psychic has predicted that one more significant event is yet to occur before New Year’s Eve.

Baba Vanga, a blind Bulgarian psychic and clairvoyant credited with foreseeing events like 9/11 and Obama’s election, had predicted a ‘double fire that will rise from heaven and earth simultaneously’ for 2025. This prophecy seemed to come true with the devastating wildfires that ravaged Southern California earlier this year. Yet, one of her major predictions for 2025 remains unfulfilled, and she has only a few days to be proven correct.

Baba Vanga allegedly foresaw a ‘new light in the sky’ associated with a major event, leading many to speculate about the possibility of a UFO or first contact with alien life. At the beginning of December, some followers of her predictions considered the Fifa World Cup draw as a potential event, given the global attention it received.

However, no extraterrestrial occurrences were noted during the draw, apart from President Trump receiving the inaugural ‘Fifa Peace Prize,’ which left those anticipating alien contact disappointed. The prophecy could refer to any large-scale event, possibly even the globally televised New Year’s Eve celebrations.

Another potential event is the Africa Cup of Nations soccer tournament, watched by approximately two billion people. Yet, with the tournament nearing its end, no signs of extraterrestrial presence have been observed.

Whether we encounter alien spacecraft during New Year celebrations or at the Africa Cup of Nations is something only Baba Vanga might have foreseen. Her predictions were never documented by her, and much of what we know comes through her niece, Krasimira Stoyanova, or others who witnessed her visions.

We might have already seen the light mentioned in her prophecy with the passage of the interstellar object 3I/ATLAS near Earth. Some have speculated that this object could be a spacecraft, but a prominent astronomer has recently suggested otherwise.

Columbia University’s Dr. David Kipping introduced the Eschatian hypothesis, suggesting that scientists often first experience phenomena in space through their most pronounced manifestations. Therefore, the light foretold by Baba Vanga could be the remnant of an alien civilization’s demise rather than a sign of first contact.
