After years together, Cristiano Ronaldo has proposed to his long-term partner Georgina Rodríguez. Recently, fans have been curious about what her life was like before they began dating.
Now playing for Al-Nassr in Saudi Arabia, the Portuguese football star met the Argentine-born Spaniard in early 2016, back when Ronaldo was a Real Madrid player.
Nine years later, this prominent couple is now engaged and has two young biological daughters, raising a total of five children together.
As expected, Rodríguez’s life changed dramatically when they started dating, and many are surprised to learn about her life prior to meeting her famous partner.
At 22, Rodríguez was employed as a sales assistant at a Gucci store in Madrid when Ronaldo entered her life, sparking a ‘love at first sight’ encounter.
In her Netflix reality series “I Am Georgina,” which debuted in 2022, she recounted how their relationship began: “Many times he’d come after work. He would come, I remember once, once in a Bugatti. My co-workers went crazy.

Their relationship became Instagram official in March 2017.
