RFK Jr. openly criticized the president’s dietary habits when prompted.
During a recent interview, the US Health Secretary appeared on Katie Miller’s podcast, where he was questioned about which member of the cabinet has the most “unhinged eating habits.”
Scott Turner, the United States Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, was identified as the healthiest and most fit among Trump’s cabinet, with a likelihood of excelling in the presidential fitness test. Turner, along with Pete Hegseth and Sean Duffy, were mentioned as being particularly fit and healthy.
Amid the typical discussions surrounding the Trump administration, it might come as a surprise that RFK Jr. candidly pointed out the president as having the worst diet, but he did not hesitate to voice his opinion.

He remarked: “The interesting thing about the president is that he eats really bad food, which is McDonald’s, and, you know, candy and Diet Coke. But he drinks Diet Coke at all times.
“He has the constitution of a deity. I don’t know how he’s alive, but he is.”
RFK Jr. further explained that the president insists he only indulges in junk food when traveling because he trusts “big corporations” and wants to avoid getting sick.
“When he’s at Mar-a-Lago or the White House, he’s eating really good food,” RFK Jr. added regarding the president’s eating habits.
Clarifying his previous statements, he noted: “When you travel with him, you get the impression that he’s just pumping himself full of poison all day long, and you don’t know how he’s walking around, much less being the most energetic person any of us have ever met.
“But, I actually think he does eat pretty good food. I mean, he’s in incredible health.”
It is reported that a doctor commented on Trump having “the highest testosterone levels he’s ever seen” for someone his age.
“I know the president will be happy that I repeat that,” RFK Jr. humorously mentioned as Miller seemed to laugh with some discomfort.
This interview with RFK Jr. coincides with his recent proposal to completely overhaul the healthy food pyramid as it is currently understood.
The traditional structure emphasized grains as the foundation of a healthy diet, followed by vegetables and fruits, with smaller portions of dairy and protein, and minimal fats, oils, and sweets.
However, RFK Jr.’s new approach places protein, dairy, and healthy fats at the top, followed by fruits and vegetables, and whole grains at the base.
