Heavenly news has just come out that bacon may add years to your life.
A recent study has revealed that the delightful pork product is full of niacin, otherwise known as vitamin B3. Researchers found that niacin prolonged their lab animals’ lives by one tenth. Okay, the “lab animals” were worms, but who cares?
You can also find the vitamin in paprika, sun-dried tomatoes, peanuts, and marmite. But most importantly, it’s in bacon.
So there you have it folks, it’s officially time to pig out.
