Shocking video captures son of ex-UFC fighter brutally assaulting wrestler during livestream

Footage shared online has captured the son of a former UFC fighter in an altercation with a wrestler at an independent wrestling event, gaining widespread attention after being aired online.

The video features MMA fighter Raja Jackson, the son of Quinton ‘Rampage’ Jackson, seemingly taking down a professional wrestler during a bout at a Los Angeles Knokx Pro Wrestling event.

In the alarming footage, 25-year-old Jackson lifts his opponent Stuart Smith, known in the ring as Syko Stu, above his head before slamming him onto the mat.

Afterward, Jackson is seen repeatedly striking his opponent, who appears unconscious, until other wrestlers intervene to prevent further escalation.

Fightful reporter Sean Ross Sapp offered insight into the situation, indicating that while a confrontation between Jackson and Smith was expected, the level of violence and resulting injuries reportedly were not.

The journalist shared on X, formerly known as Twitter: “Based on what I’ve heard, the spot with Raja Jackson at Knokx Pro Wrestling was planned. However, Raja Jackson knocked the person out — ring name Syko Stu– and followed up with a lot of heavy punches to Syko Stu, which were not planned to do that kind of damage.

“Stu was rushed to the hospital with serious injuries. We are working to find out more and have Stu in our thoughts.”

As we await updates on Smith’s condition, another video circulated online shows an earlier altercation between the two fighters.

This footage captures Smith striking Jackson on the head with an unidentified object, with Jackson’s father explaining that the ring interaction was intended as ‘payback’, which ultimately ‘went wrong’.

“I want to clear up the misinformation about my son Raja,” he wrote on X.

“I’ve been confirmed that the wrestler (Stewart Smith aka Syko Stu) is awake and stable. Raja was unexpectedly hit in the side of the head by him moments before Smith’s match, Raja was told that he could get his ‘payback’ in the ring, I thought it was part of the show. It was bad judgment, and a work that went wrong.”

Rampage continued: “Raja is an MMA fighter, not a pro wrestler, and had no business being involved in an event like this. I don’t condone my son’s actions AT ALL! He suffered a concussion from sparring only days ago and had no business doing anything remotely close to physical contact.

“As a father, I’m deeply concerned with his health AND the well-being of Mr. Smith. That being said I’m very upset that any of this happened, but my main concern now is that Mr. Smith will make a speedy recovery.”
