Skepta Slams ‘Grown Men’ After Disturbing Video of North West Sparks Outrage

Skepta has criticized what he described as “sickening” behavior from adult men after seeing how 13-year-old North West was approached during Paris Fashion Week.

Clips of Kanye West and Kim Kardashian’s eldest daughter circulating from Paris Fashion Week on June 26, 2026 quickly drew attention online, particularly because she appeared to be greeting crowds with only an assistant nearby rather than either parent by her side.

North, who turned 13 on June 15, has been making headlines for her bold style choices for more than a year. In 2025, she drew criticism after being photographed in Rome with blue hair and a corset-style outfit, while in Paris this week she showed off new facial piercings including bridge, cheek and lip piercings.

Kim has previously addressed public criticism of her daughter, saying on the Call Her Daddy podcast that North is “really mature” while also acknowledging she has made “some mistakes” as a parent and asking for a “little bit of grace.”

Skepta has now weighed in after observing what he felt were inappropriate interactions between North and adult men in Paris, including one moment where a fan appeared to hug her after she reached out for a handshake.

“My fans know I try to stay out of peoples business but damn the way grown men, complete strangers, try to use North makes me sick,” he wrote on X.

After one person responded with: “Is hugging a social offense now?” Skepta pushed back strongly.

“What are you talking about?!,” he replied, “She is 13 years old, and she put her hand out for a handshake, you don’t ignore that. I can’t believe some these replies to my tweet.”

He also answered another comment suggesting North’s appearance meant she had somehow bypassed a typical teenage phase.

The musician wrote: “WOW!! Protect your kids people. Protect your kids!”

He later added: “Schools teaching French, German & English when really the language most people need to f**king learn is ‘body language’.”

Kim has repeatedly stood by North’s fashion and beauty choices, even amid criticism over her appearance, including backlash over her blue hair and more recent comments about her facial piercings.

The reality star said: “She’s really mature in one sense where she’ll be like, ‘Mom, I saw this and I don’t really care that they don’t like… my blue hair or this or that.

“She’s really confident and is like, ‘I probably wouldn’t be hanging out with those people’.”

North has also continued to build her music career. In May 2026, she released her debut EP, N0rth4evr, a six-track project that mixed metal guitar riffs, autotune and punk-infused rap.

She performed at Rolling Loud Orlando with Molly Santana in May, and the pair later announced a 14-date co-headlining summer tour set to begin in Dallas on August 5, 2026 and wrap up in Los Angeles on August 27, 2026.

Representatives for Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have been contacted for comment.
