Survey Allegedly Shows Odds of Jesus Christ’s Return by 2027 Have Doubled

There is speculation that the Second Coming might occur within the upcoming year, based on a poll indicating a significant rise in activity.

The survey titled ‘Will Jesus Christ return before 2027?’ hosted by Polymarket has reportedly seen an increase in participation overnight, with individuals placing bets on the potential return of the religious figure.

Polymarket is a forecasting platform where users can wager on future events. However, this particular poll has allegedly attracted notable attention within 24 hours, amassing $996,648 as of now.

Established last December, the poll allows individuals to place bets on the Second Coming. According to the Bible, this event would involve Jesus resetting the world and battling against evil in a monumental cosmic conflict.

Almost one million dollars have been staked on the possibility of Jesus descending to Earth for salvation.

The poll details that the ‘market will resolve to Yes if The Second Coming of Jesus Christ occurs by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to No’.

If the Second Coming transpires, the poll will confirm a ‘yes’. However, the cut-off is set for the final minute of 2026.

During December, the probability was at 2.6 percent but unexpectedly surged to 4 percent for Jesus’s potential return.

Interestingly, the cost to vote ‘Yes’ is merely 4.3 cents, while voting ‘No’ costs 95.9 cents.

On social platforms, users have shared why the poll is generating optimism.

Amidst current global issues and political tensions, including scandals like the Epstein files, one person commented online: “We can only hope…only thing getting us out of this mess…”

Those who accurately predict the outcome may receive substantial monetary returns, but if they are mistaken… unfortunately, there’s nothing to gain.

What does this mean for people?

According to Matthew 24:36, anticipating the Second Coming is quite difficult: “No one knows the day or hour, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.”

Nevertheless, signs will be visible.

Matthew 24:3–14 elaborates that Jesus foretold there would be individuals claiming to use his name, followed by ‘wars and rumors of wars,’ then ‘nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and there will be famines and earthquakes in various places.’

These events precede the Second Coming.

In essence, it suggests that conditions worsen before improving.

It’s a time to remain hopeful for the improvements!
