Sydney Sweeney has addressed a question that many have been curious about, despite it being a personal matter: are her breasts natural?
The actress from Euphoria and Anyone But You opened up about her body during a lie detector test session with Amanda Seyfried, her co-star from The Housemaid.
In the session for Vanity Fair, Sweeney and Seyfried discussed various topics such as coffee breath, TikTok, and personal ‘icks’. Seyfried also delved into more intimate questions.
At one point, Seyfried directly asked Sweeney if she believed she was ‘better than all of us’, to which Sweeney swiftly responded: “No!”
The lie detector operator, however, suggested that her response might not have been truthful.
Despite the discrepancy over that answer, Sweeney was truthful when it came to questions about her breasts.
Seyfried posed the question: “There’s been a question on everyone’s minds recently – are your boobs real?”
Sweeney laughed but affirmed that her breasts are indeed real.
Pushing further, Seyfried asked: “Have you ever had any work done on them?”
Sweeney clarified: “No, I’ve never gotten any work done anywhere.”
The examiner validated Sweeney’s honesty. For further confirmation, Seyfried requested to feel her co-star’s breasts, which Sweeney allowed.
This wasn’t Sweeney’s first time discussing her body openly. She previously mentioned to Glamour that she had contemplated breast reduction surgery when she was younger.
During an interview in 2023, she shared: “I used to say that when I turned 18, I was going to get a boob job to make them smaller.”
Sweeney’s mother advised against making hasty choices, cautioning her about possible regret.
Her mother’s advice proved insightful, as Sweeney now appreciates her decision not to have surgery.
“I like them. They’re my best friends,” she previously expressed. “Everybody’s body is beautiful. When you are confident and you’re happy within is when it really shows to other people.
“I want to show girls that it’s amazing and beautiful and empowering to have the bodies that we have.”
